What Makes Our Beliefs Different?

|
Grace and Truth believes that there is ONE God, above all men, nature, creation, etc. (Ephesians 4:6). We believe that that God was incarnate on earth when Jesus was born, (1 Timothy 3:16). Jesus was the flesh that carried the spirit of God. We do not limit the presence of God to only in the man, He was omnipresent and omniscient, (the omnipresence of God-Deuteronomy 4:39; Psalms 139:8; Proverbs 15:3; Isaiah 66:1; Jeremiah 23:24; Acts 17:27). God made Himself a body, to be the perfect sacrifice talked about in the Old Testament. We believe in the teaching of the apostles. This is what Jesus had taught them. The Acts of the Apostles is the only book that tells you HOW to be saved. The epistles tell you how to STAY saved, (Col. 2:7, II Thess. 2:15). This is where most people get confused. Because the churches at Galatia, Phillipi, Rome, Thessalonica, and so on, already had the teachings of the Apostles, and those letters dealt with issues on how to remain saved. Some churches like to take this out of context and say that this is HOW we can be saved, but this is NOT true. We know the false prophets by their fruits, (Matthew 7:15-20).
